Outreach Ministry

Outreach Director, Mrs. Tammy Bullinger

Tammy’s role in our parish will expand into the following areas:

†Homebound, Hospital, Assisted Living, and Nursing Home visits;

†Deliver Communion to homebound parishioners & coordinate Communion volunteers;

†Assist families with coordinating funeral arrangements;

†Contact with New Members and;

†Other duties as directed by the Pastor.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Many people in our parish family are limited in their ability to participate in the ongoing life of the church due to age or illness.  It is vitally important that these people know of our continuing love and care.  The total time commitment is dependent on the particular needs of the person being visited.  If you are interested in assisting in this ministry, please contact the Parish Office at (701) 663-9562.  You will develop a concept of ministry, including listening, empathizing, and accepting our homebound parishioners.

While family support is greatly encouraged in the assistance to those who need it, designated professional outside help may also be required.  Below please find a list of local agencies that offer professional assistance.
