Billing Plan

You will be required to complete a billing plan when you start the daycare. You must indicate what billing plan you would like for each of your children. Once you choose a billing plan you will be charged according to the plan you choose. Your billing choices will be hourly, daily, or monthly. Please refer to the rate section for prices.

You will be able to allowed to change your billing plan twice for each child during the fiscal year (July 1st – June30th.

Please remember that we do not hold spots. So if you are going to be gone from the daycare for more than two weeks you will be asked to pay for your spot while you are gone or we will have to give the spot to someone else. The amount you must pay to hold the spot will be based on how often you have used the daycare and how much you have paid in the previous months. Each case will be reviewed and an amount to hold the spot will be set by the director. Example: If you are full time and will be gone over the summer you will be expected to be here or pay for at least 3 full days a week.
