Supplies Needed

The parents are responsible to provide the below items to the daycare for their child. All items must be labeled to keep separate from the other infants.

• 2 bottles
• 2 pacifiers ( if used)
• 1 blanket ( they are washed weekly)
• At least 2 change of clothes
• Diapers
• Wipes
• Diaper rash cream
• Pain reliever (in its original bottle with permission slip signed)
• Sippy cup
• A schedule of their typical day for the primary caregiver

The below items are needed only if you decide to supply them instead of having the center supply them and when they are age apprpriate.

• Formula
• Baby food
• Baby cereal
• Juice
• Whole milk
• Solid food
