Billing and Late Fees

The daycare bills are rendered on the first business day of every month.  They are for the previous month's time.  The bills will be out by the 5th of each month. Bills must be paid by the 12th day of each month.  All daycare bills must be kept current.  A $1.00 per day late fee will be assessed to each child for every day the payment comes in after the twelfth day of the month.  For accounts more than one month late, other day care/preschool arrangements will need to be made until the bill is brought current.  The children may return at that time.  However, at that time all future daycare bills or preschool tuition will be paid at the beginning of the month. There is a $15.00 charge for returned checks.

The daycare closes promptly at 6:00 p.m.  After 6:00 p.m. a late fee of $1.00 will be assessed for every minute (multiplied by the number of children in the family) and is payable to the center upon picking up the child.
