Why you like teaching in a Catholic School:

Catholics Schools provide the honorable and daily opportunity to integrate Faith and Education.  At Saint Joseph School, our students are taught that the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Roman Catholic Tradition are a part of daily living, hope, and true freedom.  Parents who support Catholic Schools are truly giving a tremendous gift to their children.  On behalf of your child⁄children, I thank you!

A few thoughts of Father Schumacher

I am a priest who wholehearted supports and promotes Catholic Education and I am both proud and honored to have been assigned to a Parish with such a Tradition of Catholic Education since 1913.  I attended Saint Joseph Elementary School in Williston and I have always recalled the importance and determining effects which a daily expression of my Catholic Faith in my early education has had on me as a person.  Now, as a priest of a parish, I can say that our Catholic School is a tremendous gift to our Parish Family, it is "the diamond on our ring"!  I am grateful to our parishioners, representative Boards, dedicated staff, and supportive parents who continue to keep Saint Joseph Catholic School shining in our local community and Diocese.
